The uncertainty on the €300,000 capping proposal 

In 2011 the European Commission proposed a €300,000 limit on direct payments for the next Common Agricultural Policy.
The proposition has been welcomed bitterly by some Countries' representatives; the most of them have all the interests to keep the current situation unchanged.
The capping question has found the European Parliament agreed, while, in fact, the Council of the European Union has been splitted in two by the proposal.
